TWIZA is our RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) platform, which has been a registered patent since November 2024. First of all, thanks to information vectorization, our platform eliminates the risk of hallucinations (the generation of content that is irrelevant, fabricated, or inconsistent with the input data). It also allows you to leverage both remote LLM models via API calls to OpenAI’s ChatGPT or Anthropic’s Claude, as well as models installed locally on your own on-prem servers or in a private cloud. In the latter case, models such as Meta’s LLaMA, DeepSeek, Mistral, or Falcon are run in a protected environment, safeguarding your data security, GDPR privacy compliance, and—most importantly—your intellectual property. Indeed, even though most professionals and companies are currently unaware of it, uploading your data to remote LLMs contributes to their learning, meaning that anything you feed them may later become accessible to anyone. Copyright, authorship, and intellectual property are assets that TWIZA natively protects, and the only ones to benefit from the learning of the AI models will be you!
