L’UNICA – Fiscal Focus

SHAKAZAMBA designed and developed L’UNICA, the new Fiscal Focus platform that has transformed an archive of nearly 2 million documents into a dynamic, intelligent database.
Our solution is naturally based on a custom AI implementation, tailored specifically to the unique needs of the tax sector.

We developed an advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system to index the entire corpus of Fiscal Focus articles and institutional sources.
This approach allows the AI not to “invent” answers, but to quote and return official documents directly.

The AI is capable of understanding the natural language of tax professionals, including technical terminology, acronyms, and legal references — enabling users to navigate this vast amount of information easily and instantly, without wasting time searching for the right regulation.

Finally, to further enhance user value, we integrated agentic components directly within the results interface: inside each document, users can activate agent buttons to perform specific tasks on the text, such as summarization or simplification.

L’UNICA was unveiled on October 22, 2025, at the National Congress of Accountants in Genoa.
After the established success of TEO, it marks another milestone in the intelligent digitalization of the accounting profession — driven and accelerated by Fiscal Focus, with whom we’re already working toward the next goal!

GEOLANDER – Gemmlab

Geolander is the operational brand of Gammlab srl, specialized in digital geography and 3D Digital Twin modeling.
Geolander uses highly sophisticated tools to capture ultra-precise geographic surveys and reprocess them into virtual twins of real-world spaces.
Now, we’re making all of this even smarter with AI integrated into the new portal!

We designed and developed the Geolander.it website in close collaboration with the Gemmlab team, whom we know well.
Leading the project was Franc Arleo, Art Director of Geolander. Together, we brought to life a well-organized and dynamic portal, rich in animations, where Geolander.it’s commercial offer and its proven S.M.A.R.T. method finally take center stage.

These upgrades don’t replace the excellent work already done by Geolander through timely and accessible editorial publications — quite the opposite!
We chose to highlight and enhance their educational contribution over the years: the Digital Magazine has been updated, and the Digital Library now offers downloadable manuals.

And finally, artificial intelligence turns everything into conversation, thanks to its ability to process information and return it in a user-tailored way!
The cherry on top is, of course, GEO, the AI dedicated to Geolander.it, which welcomes users right on the homepage to answer all their questions about the brand and the world of digital geography.

Public institutions, organizations, and professionals will surely find on the new website the answers to their needs — speeding up their client acquisition process.

Twiga is a luxury beach club in Tuscany, owned by entrepreneur Flavio Briatore. Located just a few kilometers from Forte dei Marmi, it has become a hotspot for politicians, athletes, and celebrities from the entertainment industry.

For Twiga, we created a landing page that allows guests to choose and queue up their favorite karaoke songs directly from their phones—because at Twiga, every night is a show.
